Sky Cafe is a new addition to Chicago’s culinary scene. A modern gastropub / gastrobar, that is, a location that serves high-quality drinks, cocktails, and alcoholic beverages, such as beer, wine, and dishes similar to those found in restaurants.

Sky Cafe’s menu includes traditional pub fare such as sandwiches, burgers, and appetizers, but it also includes salads, pasta, soups, “comfort food,” and dumplings! There is also a kid’s menu, which features various types of chips and cheese that are popular among the young.

The dishes look delicious, are prepared according to the recipe recommendations, and, most importantly, are presented aesthetically. The owners’ assumptions led to the wide variety of flavors. The dishes available here will be prepared in accordance with the so-called fusion trend, i.e. a fusion of American cuisine with global inspirations from European or Asian dishes.
